Check ListYou will receive your inspection report the same day (via e-mail or fax). It will give you an extensive overview of all the components of the structure, whether they are good or bad, in an unbiased and impartial format. This will be documented in a computer generated report with color digital photographs. All this will enable you to make a more confident and informed decision concerning the property.

Unique Home Inspections works for YOU. When Unique Home Inspections performs the inspection, if you are able to be there we can discuss things together and answer your questions as they come up. And remember…. “There are NO dumb questions, only the ones you don’t ask”.  In order to make it more convenient for you, we can arrange for a Saturday or Sunday appointment so you CAN ask those questions.
